The company launched the resin sand process in 2005, and began supplying double-suction pump castings to Kaiquan, Liancheng and Orient in 2008, with a maximum monthly output of 600 tons of castings. In 2010, the lost foam process was added, and in 2015, the new plant was put into operation with the addition of the precoated sand process.

The company covers an area of 12,000 square meters, with modern casting workshops, processing workshops and testing laboratories. The casting workshop is equipped with a series of advanced casting equipment, and has three production process lines: precoated sand process, resin sand process and lost foam process.
