Anhui Huaxin Screens Co., Ltd. is a dedicated manufacturer of polyester forming and dryer fabrics, based in Taihe County, Fuyang, Anhui Province. Founded in 2008, we run our own warping, weaving, heat-setting and seaming workshops and supply paper mills across China as well as export markets.

In-House Weaving

Every stage happens under one roof — warping, weaving, heat-setting, seaming and final inspection. German Jäger and Swedish TEXO looms, a 13 m Norwegian setting machine and two Austrian SC5 seaming machines keep lead time and quality in our own hands.

Fabrics are designed around your machine, not picked from a catalogue. Send us the machine type, paper grade, machine speed and trim width, and we set the weave, yarn diameter and drainage design accordingly.

Advice comes from people who have run paper machines. Our technical director spent over twelve years with a major Chinese paper group, and our production, setting and seaming engineers each bring ten to twenty years of fabric-making experience.
