Anhui Huaxin Screens Co., Ltd. is a dedicated manufacturer of polyester forming and dryer fabrics, based in Taihe County, Fuyang, Anhui Province. Founded in 2008, we run our own warping, weaving, heat-setting and seaming workshops and supply paper mills across China as well as export markets.

Our technical and production team is built around people with paper-mill and fabric-making backgrounds. The technical director worked more than twelve years with a major Chinese paper group, and our production, setting and seaming engineers each bring ten to twenty years of experience.

We are located in the Chengguan Industrial Park of Taihe County, Fuyang, close to the Taihe East railway station and the Taihe expressway entrance — quick access for raw material supply and finished-product delivery. Visitors are always welcome.

We believe in teamwork, openness, practicality and precision. Our purpose is simple: we are rooted in the

weaving industry and dedicated to serving papermakers.

Our factory is equipped with complete production processes from yarn to finished fabric, including warping, weaving, heat-setting and seaming. We adopt German warping machines, a 15.5 m German Jäger rapier loom together with six Swedish TEXO looms, a 13 m Norwegian setting machine and two Austrian SC5 seaming machines for the whole production line.

Annual capacity reaches 150,000 m² of triple-layer SSB forming fabric and 30,000 m² of 2.5-layer forming fabric, with fabrics woven up to 130 m long and 11 m wide — enough to cover most paper machines.
