1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Our mill is in the Chengguan Industrial Park, Taihe County, Fuyang, Anhui Province, with our own warping, weaving, heat-setting and seaming workshops. You are welcome to visit.
2. Are your fabrics custom-made?
Yes. Forming and dryer fabrics are made to order — width, length, weave and yarn diameter follow your paper machine, paper grade and machine speed.
3. What information do you need to quote?
Please send the machine type and manufacturer, machine speed, trim width, paper grade, pulp and filler composition, and the position in the machine.
4. Do you supply both forming fabrics and dryer fabrics?
Yes. We weave single-layer, 2.5-layer and triple-layer SSB forming fabrics, and hydrolysis-resistant flat-yarn, spiral and flat-woven dryer fabrics.
5. What materials do you use?
Polyester (PET) and nylon (PA) monofilament. For forming fabrics we use imported wear-resistant monofilament on the sheet side; for dryer fabrics, hydrolysis-resistant flat yarn.
6. What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the fabric type, width and length. Send us your specification and we will confirm it together with the quotation.
7. What is the lead time?
Lead time depends on the fabric design and the current production schedule, and is confirmed together with the quotation.
8. Do you provide installation and after-sales support?
Yes. We advise on seaming, tensioning and running-in, and our service engineers help with cleaning, water-pressure settings and troubleshooting after the fabric is on the machine.
9. Can you help if we have a problem on the machine?
Yes. Tell us the symptoms — drainage, sheet formation, wear pattern or edge problems — and we will work through it with you, drawing on our engineers' paper-mill experience.
