Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Cutting, printing and sewing are carried out in our own workshop in Shou County, Anhui Province, and the company holds its own import and export licence.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Stock sizes can be ordered in small batches and different styles can be combined in one order. For custom sizes and printed artwork, the minimum depends on the material and the size — we confirm it together with the quotation.
Can you print our logo or artwork?
Yes. Send AI, PDF, EPS or a 300 dpi PSD file with the logo in vector form, or send a physical sample if no digital file exists. We return a photo proof for approval before the production run.
What sizes do you make?
Windsocks: 60, 80, 100, 150, 200 and 300 cm. Koinobori: 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 120, 140, 200 and 300 cm. Telescopic flagpoles: 1.0, 1.2, 1.4, 1.6, 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0 m. Sizes outside these ranges can be quoted.
What materials do you use?
Windsocks are made of thickened waterproof Oxford fabric with high-brightness reflective strips. Koinobori are made of satin fabric. Flagpole bodies are 201 stainless steel, with a PVC or NBR handle.
Do you accept sample orders?
Yes. Sample and trial orders are accepted, so a design can be checked before a volume order is placed.
How are the goods packed?
Standard packing is an OPP bag per piece, then export cartons. Printed sleeves, hang tags and retail-ready packing can be arranged when the buyer supplies the artwork. Packing lists and carton marks follow the buyer's instructions.
What is the lead time?
Sample lead time and production lead time depend on the material, the size and the quantity. We confirm both in the quotation, and we keep to the confirmed schedule once the sample is approved.
