Windsocks run 60 cm to 300 cm, koinobori 40 cm to 300 cm, and flagpoles 1.0 m to 3.0 m. Sizes outside these ranges can be quoted on request.

Standard colourways are stock items. Custom colours are matched against a Pantone reference, and koinobori can be made in traditional print or a gilded finish.

Send AI, PDF, EPS or a 300 dpi PSD file with the logo in vector form. We can also work from a physical sample if no digital file exists.

OPP bag, printed sleeve, hang tag or bulk carton. Retail-ready packing can be arranged if the buyer supplies the artwork and the barcode.

Different styles and sizes can be combined in one shipment, which keeps freight and paperwork down for buyers testing several designs.

Handle type on the flagpole (PVC or NBR), stitching and edge wrapping on the windsock, and the tassel

and pole set on the koinobori are all selectable.

We confirm the file, the size and the colour reference in writing before anything is cut.

A printed sample or a sewn sample is photographed against the approved artwork.

Production starts only after you approve the sample in writing.

Cutting, printing, sewing and inspection follow the approved sample, batch by batch.

Cartons are marked to your packing list, and export documents are issued under our own licence.
