An Integrated Dyeing & Printing Line

We handle printing and dyeing as one process instead of two outsourced steps. Greige is screened on arrival, dyed or printed under controlled parameters, and then inspected and rolled in a dedicated area — so handfeel, shade and pattern stay consistent from the first metre to the last.

Fewer hand-offs between vendors also means fewer places for quality to drift, and one team accountable for the result.

Production Areas

A Zoned Workshop, Not a Crowded Floor

The workshop is divided by function: dyeing and printing areas run under controlled process parameters, while inspection and rolling sit in a separate area so bulk is checked away from production. Finished goods are then stored and dispatched from our warehouse.
