Who We Are

Cotton, Keqiao, and Two Very Demanding Markets

Shaoxing Qi & Qi Textile is rooted in the Keqiao textile cluster of Shaoxing, focusing on 100% cotton fabric with printing and dyeing produced as one integrated process. We serve apparel and home-textile brands in Korea and Japan, where quality expectations are high and documentation is not optional.

Working from inside the cluster gives us access to greige, dyeing, printing and inspection within a short distance of each other. Our chain runs from greige purchasing through dyeing and printing, inspection and roll packing, to shipment — for customers who would rather deal with one accountable partner than several processing vendors.

Our fabric range covers 100% cotton dyed fabric and 100% cotton printed fabric, with custom patterns, weights, widths and colours developed to your specification, and test certificates supplied as your order requires.

Our Path

From Fabric Processing to an Integrated Line

We started as a fabric processor in Keqiao and built outward — first the integrated line, then the quality system that Korean and Japanese buyers require.

PHASE 01

Starting in Keqiao

Began with fabric processing, working inside the cluster and learning the range of qualities the market offers.

PHASE 02

Building the Integrated Line

Developed printing and dyeing as one integrated production capability, reducing outsourced hand-offs and quality drift.

PHASE 03

Focusing on Korea & Japan

Shifted our main focus to Korean and Japanese export programmes and their stricter access requirements.

PHASE 04

Inspection & Rolling System

Built a complete inspection and rolling step with full checking of finished bulk, metreage counting and defect marking.

PHASE 05

Process Iteration

Continued optimising dyeing and printing to match Japanese and Korean expectations on colour fastness, handfeel and environmental safety — now serving dozens of brand customers.
