What we do
We would rather ask twice than ship the wrong part.
Wide-format printers are built from parts that look similar and fit differently. A damper that physically fits can still be the wrong one; a printhead sold by model code can be wrong for the ink in the machine. Most of our work is confirming those details before an order is placed.
We keep stock in Shenzhen and source parts to order when a line is not held. Either way, you get the same thing before dispatch: confirmation that the part matches your machine, photos of the actual item on request, and the price and lead time in writing.

Factory, warehouse and inspection photographs will be added once the client supplies them. The page layout is already sized for them.
Documents & certificates
Nothing is claimed until it is documented.
Certificates, test reports and company registration documents belong to the client and are not published until the client supplies the originals. When they do, they will be listed here with the document type and validity date.
