What helps us match a printhead.
- The printer brand and model, or the machine's full name.
- The part number printed on the head, or the model code such as i3200-A1 or DX5.
- A photo of the connector and the head surface.
- The ink type in use — eco-solvent, UV, water-based or dye-sub.

How do I confirm a head fits my printer?
Send the printer model and the part number. We check the head against the machine and tell you if we are not certain, rather than guessing.
Can one head be used with a different ink type than it was built for?
Sometimes, but it depends on the head and the ink. Tell us the ink you run and we will say whether that combination is supported.
