Testing and Inspection

All transformers supplied by Xiya are manufactured in accordance with IEC 60076 for power transformers and the applicable GB standards. Units supplied to the European market are manufactured to meet CE requirements.

Support for international certifications such as EAC and KEMA is available on a project basis. Because certification requirements differ by destination country, please advise the final destination and the applicable standard at the enquiry stage. We will confirm the required certification route in writing before the order is placed.

Routine factory tests are carried out on every unit, and test reports are issued with the shipping documents. Third-party inspection can be arranged on request.

03 Export execution handled in-house:

Customs declaration, booking, loading and the full set of shipping documents are managed by our own foreign-trade team rather than outsourced. That is the part of importing from China where buyers most often lose time, and it is the part we take over: you receive the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and the supporting documents in a consistent format, on a schedule you can plan around.

We answer configuration questions before you commit - capacity, voltage ratio, vector group, impedance, altitude and ambient temperature all affect the final specification. After delivery, technical documentation and warranty support continue through the same contact, so a question raised months later does not have to be routed back through a factory.
