1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are an international trade company. We do not operate our own transformer factory. Instead, we work with a group of long-established manufacturing partners whose products are manufactured in accordance with IEC and GB standards, and we manage specification alignment, order follow-up, inspection coordination, export documentation and shipping on behalf of our customers.
This structure has practical advantages for project buyers. Different voltage levels and construction types often come from different production lines, so a single supplier can consolidate a mixed requirement into one order and one shipment. It also means you deal with one commercial and technical interface throughout the order rather than coordinating several factories directly.
2. What voltage levels and capacities can you supply?
We supply transformers from 10 kV to 110 kV in both oil-immersed and dry-type construction, covering distribution transformers, power transformers and purpose-built units for photovoltaic, wind power and energy storage. Capacity ranges for each product are listed in the technical specification tables on the product pages.
3. Can the transformers be customised to our project parameters?
Yes. Voltage ratio, tapping range, vector group, impedance, loss level, altitude and ambient temperature rating can all be adjusted to project requirements. Please provide the technical specification or single-line diagram at the enquiry stage.
4. What certifications are available?
Products are manufactured in accordance with IEC 60076 and applicable GB standards. CE certification is available for ranges supplied to the European market. Support for EAC, KEMA and other market-specific certifications is provided on a project basis. Please advise the destination country at the enquiry stage so that the applicable certification route can be confirmed before the order is placed.
5. How do I get a price, lead time and minimum order quantity?
Send us the rated capacity, voltage ratio, tapping range, vector group and destination country. Price, lead time and minimum order quantity all depend on the configuration and quantity required, and are confirmed together with the quotation. Single-unit trial orders are welcome to discuss.
6. What payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms are agreed at order confirmation and stated in the sales contract.
7. Do you provide technical documents and drawings?
Yes. Approval drawings are provided before production, and routine test reports, the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin are issued with the shipment.
8. Do you accept third-party inspection?
Yes. Third-party inspection can be arranged at the factory before shipment. Please advise the inspection agency and scope at the order stage so it can be scheduled.
