Shipping Policy

Last Updated: September 14, 2026

1. Destinations

We ship to most markets worldwide, subject to applicable export control and sanctions regulations. We do not ship to embargoed or restricted destinations, entities, or end-uses, and reserve the right to refuse any order on that basis. Buyer is responsible for confirming that products can be legally imported into the destination country and obtaining all required import licenses.

Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): ~5-7 business days to most destinations

Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): ~20-35 days depending on port and route

Import duties, VAT/GST, and customs fees are entirely buyer's responsibility

4. Freight & Costs

   ·   All freight is buyer's responsibility (both samples and bulk orders)

   ·   Samples ship by express; bulk orders ship by sea/air/express as agreed

   ·   Freight is quoted per shipment and itemized on the quotation/PI

   ·   Additional freight/storage/demurrage/rebooking costs caused by buyer delays are buyer's responsibility

   ·   Marine/transport insurance is not included by default; must be requested and paid for before shipment. If not insured, risk after transfer is buyer's responsibility

5. Incoterms & Risk Transfer

Shipped per EXW/FOB/CIF or other terms agreed in writing and stated in the PI, interpreted per Incoterms® 2020:

   ·   EXW: Risk transfers when goods are placed at buyer's disposal at our premises

   ·   FOB: Risk transfers when goods are loaded on vessel at port of shipment

   ·   CIF: Risk transfers at shipment; we arrange and pay freight and minimum insurance to destination port; additional insurance by buyer

Key point: Regardless of when risk transfers, ownership does not transfer until full payment is received.

6. Duties, Taxes & Customs Clearance

   ·   All import duties, VAT/GST, customs fees, port charges, and destination handling charges are buyer's responsibility (including under CIF)

   ·   Declared value, HS codes, and country of origin are for reference only; final classification and duty rates are determined by destination customs

   ·   Buyer must provide accurate consignee details, tax/EORI/import numbers, and all certificates required for customs clearance

   ·   Delays, fines, or storage charges caused by incomplete or incorrect buyer information are buyer's responsibility

7. Packaging & Marking

Goods are packed in standard export cartons suitable for the selected shipping method. Special requirements (palletization, fumigation, custom labels, barcodes, shipping marks, neutral packaging) must be confirmed in writing before production; additional costs are buyer's responsibility.

8. Tracking

Tracking number or bill of lading number is provided after shipment. Buyer can track on the carrier's website. We assist reasonably in tracing delays but are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs inspection, port congestion, or events beyond our control.

9. Partial Shipments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may ship in multiple partial shipments when required by production or freight capacity, each invoiced separately. Partial shipments do not constitute a breach as long as the total agreed quantity is delivered within the agreed period.

10. Undeliverable, Uncollected, or Returned Goods

Goods returned, held, or destroyed due to wrong address, undeliverable consignee, missing/incorrect import documents, buyer's failure to clear customs, or buyer's refusal to accept will be re-invoiced to buyer (including outbound and return freight, storage, demurrage, duties, and disposal costs). No refund of product value in such cases; reshipment requires prepayment of all costs.

11. Loss or Damage in Transit

After risk transfer, loss or damage in transit is claimed against the carrier or insurer. We provide reasonable shipping documentation support. This does not affect buyer's rights for defects existing before risk transfer and notified per the Return & Refund Policy.

12. Force Majeure

Delay or failure to ship caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemic, war, strikes, port or customs closure, carrier suspension, power outage, raw material shortage, government action) is not our responsibility. See Clause 13 of our Terms of Service.
