Catering Services 2.1 Overview This hotel has an excellent banquet operations department responsible for catering arrangements for all events, including but not limited to the following items: • Festival dinner events • Weddings • Social events • Conferences and seminars (including group breakfasts, lunches, and dinners) • Welcome and farewell receptions • Staff meals • Booth meals • Food and beverage delivery • Booth receptions • Equipment rental (water cooling equipment, water dispensers, coffee machines, etc.) 2.2 Bringing in Outside Food and Beverages Prohibited This hotel prohibits bringing in outside food for supply and sale within the hotel premises. All food and beverages must be purchased from and supplied by this hotel. If the organizer needs to bring outside food into the hotel for any special reason

Business Center 3.1 Overview The Business Center provides the following services, including but not limited to: • Basic office services (fax, photocopying, printing) • Internet services • Local and overseas telephone calls • Stationery retail • Small meeting room rental • Postal services • Courier services 3.2 Receiving Faxes Faxes received at the Business Center by the organizer or other guests will be charged based on the number of pages received. 3.3 Courier Services This hotel cooperates with world-renowned courier companies to provide comprehensive courier services. Please note the following terms for using courier services at this hotel: 1. A handling fee will be charged for all received mail and packages. 2. All received mail and packages must be "delivered

Cleaning Services 4.1 General Cleaning This hotel provides comprehensive cleaning services (charged according to the nature of the event), including the following: • Machine scrubbing of exhibition hall floors • Sweeping and vacuuming corridors, standard booths, meeting rooms, and welcome areas • Emptying trash bins in booths and meeting rooms • Cleaning standard booth tabletops (excluding exhibits) • Waste management • Waste recycling and statistics 4.2 Trash Removal Meetings: During the contract period, the hotel will conduct comprehensive cleaning within the contracted scope. The hotel reserves the right to charge cleaning service fees based on on-site conditions, including but not limited to the removal of large amounts of paper, cardboard boxes, plastic items, banner stands, and confetti. Logistics Services 5.1 On-site Transportation of Materials Freight forwarders and official contractors involved in related activities must maintain close contact with this hotel regarding on-site arrangements, material handling equipment, aerial equipment, on-site storage facilities, and transportation management. 1. At all times, the loading and unloading area must be free of any obstructions. 2. All doors, fire exits, and freight elevators must be kept clear and unobstructed at all times, with a two-meter distance reserved as a safety buffer zone. 3. Materials and equipment must not block main passageways at any time. 4. All staff must wear reflective vests while transporting materials within the event venue. 5. Official contractors must closely monitor the special regulations and load capacities of the event venue. Any specially shaped or weighted

The Hotel issues the following truck entry permits: • Official contractor vehicle permit (Free of charge) • Official receipt for non-official contractors or exhibitors (for use as a vehicle permit) (Fee charged) 2. Vehicles entering the Hotel's loading/unloading area must hold a vehicle permit. 3. When applying for a free vehicle permit, the Organizer and its official contractor must comply with the following regulations: • The Venetian Macao: Applications for free vehicle permits must be submitted to the Hotel at least 14 days before the first day of event move-in (setup), and the application must clearly state the quantity requested, as well as the date/time of each vehicle entry. • Application for vehicle permit

Audio-Visual and Stage Lighting Services 7.1 Overview This hotel is able to provide audio-visual, lighting, and production support for different types of events; and can work closely with the organizer to establish creative concepts and implement them through the use of the hotel's infrastructure and equipment. If the organizer hires an audio-visual service contractor to handle stage design, the organizer must ensure that the contractor strictly complies with the hotel's regulations, standard industry practices, and government regulations. 7.2 Usage Rules To ensure safety and quality, if the equipment and audio-visual related systems used by the organizer cause malfunctions or affect the services of other organizers, the hotel reserves the right to disconnect or shut down the relevant equipment systems without prior notice until the organizer resolves the related issues

Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Services 8.1 Overview The Hotel will make every effort to accommodate requirements for Information and Communications Technology services. If any installation does not conform to standard industry practices and government regulations, the Hotel will not provide Information and Communications Technology services. To ensure safety and quality, the Hotel's staff and/or its designated contractors are the exclusive providers of Information and Communications Technology services. Unless permitted by the Hotel, any connection to data and communications access points is prohibited. 8.2 Telephone Upon receipt of a request for booking services, the Hotel or its designated contractors will provide telephone services through the Hotel's network, including providing telephones, fax machines, and the supply and connection of telephone lines for the Organizer. The total number of telephone lines booked should correspond to the booked telephones/fax
