WR high-chromium vanadium-niobium series powder
The WR series includes WR13/WR15/WR17/WR31/WR33/WR35, etc. WR13 alloy powder is a high-performance iron-based alloy powder of the high-chromium vanadium-niobium series. It features outstanding advantages such as uniform pre-alloyed composition, fine and dispersed carbides, and no macroscopic composition segregation. Its chemical composition is rich in high chromium, high vanadium, high molybdenum, and niobium elements. Relying on a multi-carbide synergistic strengthening mechanism, it combines ultra-high wear resistance, excellent corrosion resistance, and suitable structural toughness. After quenching and tempering heat treatment, the hardness can reach HRC 58-63, with a stable matrix structure and excellent resistance to thermal fatigue and abrasive wear. It is mainly suitable for hot isostatic pressing and powder metallurgy forming processes. Widely used in chemical pump valve seals, metallurgical roll wear-resistant components, heavy-duty wear parts for engineering machinery, and the preparation of precision structural parts in humid and corrosive environments, it is a core powder material for manufacturing corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant parts in the field of powder metallurgy.
