Zhongke Bula Fei Material Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise with core technology in high-speed rotating electrode atomization powder preparation (PREP). The core team members come from the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Central Iron and Steel Research Institute. Founded in April 2022, the company is headquartered in Songshan Lake, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. The company masters the entire process powder preparation technology including new material design, rotating powder preparation equipment, and advanced powder preparation processes, focusing on the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of rotating electrode atomization equipment and ultra-pure ultra-low oxygen powder materials.

   The company has the Dongguan Songshan Lake R&D Center and the Zhuozhou Powder Production Base. The R&D Center is equipped with laboratories for material integrated design, 3D printing application verification, and material testing. The production base has 3 plasma rotating electrode atomization (PREP) powder production lines, with an annual production capacity of over 1,000 tons. In addition, the company has jointly established postgraduate training bases with universities such as Guangzhou University, Guangdong University of Technology, and Sun Yat-sen University, and holds multiple independent intellectual property rights.
