Zhongke Bulafi Material Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise centered on high-speed rotating electrode atomization powder preparation (PREP) technology. The core team members come from the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Central Iron and Steel Research Institute. Founded in April 2022, the company is headquartered in Songshan Lake, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. The company masters the entire process of powder preparation technology, including new material design, rotating electrode powder preparation equipment, and advanced powder preparation processes, focusing on the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of rotating electrode atomization equipment and ultra-pure, ultra-low oxygen powder materials. 

  The company has established the Dongguan Songshan Lake R&D Center and the Zhuozhou Powder Production Base. The R&D center is equipped with laboratories for integrated material design, 3D printing application verification, and material testing. The production base has 3 plasma rotating electrode atomization (PREP) powder production lines, with an annual production capacity of over 1,000 tons. In addition, the company has jointly established postgraduate training bases with universities such as Guangzhou University, Guangdong University of Technology, and Sun Yat-sen University, and holds multiple independent intellectual property rights.

       The core figure of the team — Li Xiangwei, Ph.D. from the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, founder, legal representative, and controlling shareholder of Zhongke Bulafu Material Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. He is a seasoned technical entrepreneur in the domestic additive manufacturing PREP powder technology field, deeply engaged in the R&D and industrialization of high-end metal powder materials and powder-making equipment for many years. He focuses on the R&D of high-end 3D printing powders for aerospace, promoting the domestic implementation of PREP powder technology. He has years of experience in R&D of new metal materials, additive manufacturing powder-making processes, and intelligent equipment. His core research directions focus on Plasma Rotating Electrode Process (PREP) powder technology, ultra-low oxygen high-end metal powder formulations, and aviation-grade alloy powder preparation processes.

       At the same time, as a researcher, he has led the R&D of multiple core patents for additive manufacturing alloy powders, covering preparation technologies for 3D printing-specific powders such as iron-based alloys, high-strength mold steel, superalloys, and copper alloys. Many of these patents have been industrialized. He has also laid out an enterprise development route of "self-developed equipment + mass production of materials + domestic substitution," leading Zhongke Bulafu to establish a dual-base layout with the Dongguan Songshan Lake R&D Center and the Hebei mass production base. He has built multiple independent PREP powder production lines, achieving the domestic supply of high-end metal powders for the aerospace, high-end mold, and new energy sectors.
