CX Maraging Steel Powder
CX (Corrax) is a low-carbon, high-nickel, high-chromium maraging steel that achieves strength through the precipitation of the beta-strengthening phase during aging. It offers excellent corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and non-oxidizing environments and is less prone to cracking during the printing process. It is a commonly used 3D printing metal material for injection molds in China.

High sphericity ≥95%: Plasma rotating electrode atomization technology, excellent sphericity, very few satellite particles, uniform and dense powder spreading;
Hollow rate ≤0.1%: Plasma rotating electrode atomization technology, very few hollow powders, resulting in dense and pore-free components;
Excellent corrosion resistance: Excellent corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and non-oxidizing environments;
Good fluidity and narrow particle size distribution: good fluidity (13.7s/50g), narrow 0-53μm particle size distribution (D10 is 25.8μm, D50 is 43.8μm, D90 is 65.6μm);
Excellent mechanical properties: tensile strength 1760MPa, impact toughness 25.8J/cm2, and hardness 50.4 HRC
