TC11 powder
TC11 (Ti-6.5Al-3.5Mo-1.5Zr-0.3Si) is a near-alpha high-temperature titanium alloy independently developed and widely used in China. It combines excellent high-temperature strength, creep resistance, fatigue resistance, and good thermal stability, making it one of the important structural materials for key hot-end components of aero engines. The strengthening mechanism of TC11 alloy mainly comes from the solid solution strengthening effect of Al element and the stabilization effect of Mo element on the β phase. Additionally, the addition of a small amount of Si element can effectively improve the high-temperature creep resistance and thermal stability of the material. Therefore, TC11 can maintain high strength and good structural stability under high-temperature environments.
Excellent high-temperature stability · Good creep resistance · Excellent fatigue resistance · Additive manufacturing
Process Advantages
High sphericity ≥90%: Plasma rotating electrode atomization technology, excellent sphericity, very few satellite particles, uniform and dense powder spreading
Hollow rate ≤0.1%: Plasma rotating electrode atomization technology, very few hollow powders, dense and void-free components
Excellent mechanical properties: outstanding high-temperature strength, creep resistance, fatigue resistance, and good thermal stability
Low oxygen and nitrogen content: oxygen content <1000ppm, nitrogen content <5ppm, reducing oxygen content in formed parts
Excellent powder performance: good flowability (22.48s/50g), overall powder particle size distribution (D10 is 62.69μm, D50 is 110.1μm, D90 is 188.8μm)
