Ti2AlNb

Ti₂AlNb alloy is an advanced titanium-based high-temperature structural material with high specific strength, good creep resistance, and excellent high-temperature stability. It maintains good mechanical properties within the temperature range of 600–750 °C and has broad application prospects in the aerospace field. Currently, this alloy is mainly used in key components such as medium-temperature load-bearing structural parts, guide structural parts, casings, and support components in aero engines, and has attracted particular attention in aerospace structural parts and high-temperature lightweight equipment.

High specific strength · Good creep resistance · Excellent high-temperature stability · Additive manufacturing

Process Advantages

High sphericity ≥90%: Plasma rotating electrode atomization technology, excellent sphericity, very few satellite particles, uniform and dense powder spreading

Hollow rate ≤0.1%: Plasma rotating electrode atomization technology, very few hollow powders, dense and void-free formed parts

Excellent corrosion resistance: Outstanding corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and non-oxidizing environments

Low oxygen and nitrogen content: oxygen content <500ppm, nitrogen content <40ppm, reducing the oxygen content of formed parts

Excellent mechanical properties: tensile strength ≥680 MPa, yield strength ≥550 MPa, elongation after fracture ≥8%, reduction of area ≥10%, good high-temperature strength and plasticity
