GH3625 Nickel-based superalloy powder
Inconel 625 (GH3625), as a standard solid-solution strengthened nickel-based superalloy, exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, outstanding high-temperature strength, and good workability due to the solid-solution strengthening effects of molybdenum (Mo) and niobium (Nb). These characteristics make it widely used in fields such as aerospace, marine engineering, and chemical processing.
High corrosion resistance · Good high-temperature strength · Additive manufacturing
Process Advantages
High sphericity ≥90%: Plasma rotating electrode atomization technology, excellent sphericity, very few satellite particles, uniform and dense powder spreading
Hollow rate ≤0.1%: Plasma rotating electrode atomization technology, extremely few hollow powders, dense and void-free components
Excellent corrosion resistance: Outstanding corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and non-oxidizing environments
Low oxygen and nitrogen content: oxygen content ≤62ppm, nitrogen content ≤26ppm, reducing the oxygen content of formed parts
Excellent powder properties: GH3625 powder has good flowability (13.7s/50g) and a narrow particle size distribution of 0-150μm (D10: 44.57μm, D50: 71.02μm, D90: 113.6μm)
