CM247 high-temperature alloy powder

CM247 is a γ′ phase-strengthened nickel-based superalloy with excellent high-temperature strength, creep resistance, oxidation resistance, and hot corrosion resistance. It is widely used in extreme high-temperature environments such as aero-engine turbine blades and gas turbine hot-end components. Its high volume fraction of γ′ phase (≥40%) and stable carbide distribution enable it to maintain stable mechanical properties in the temperature range of 980–1050°C, making it particularly suitable for lightweight, integrated high-temperature components manufactured via additive manufacturing.

High sphericity 95.88%: Plasma rotating electrode atomization technology, excellent sphericity, very few satellite balls, uniform and dense powder spreading

Hollow rate 0.01%: Plasma rotating electrode atomization technology, extremely few hollow powders, dense formed parts

Excellent corrosion resistance: outstanding corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and non-oxidizing environments, superior high-temperature strength, creep resistance, and oxidation resistance

Low oxygen and nitrogen content: oxygen content ≤85ppm, nitrogen content ≤100ppm, reducing the oxygen content of formed parts

Excellent powder performance: Good powder flowability (9.93/50g), narrow particle size distribution of 0-53μm powder (D10 is 29.23μm, D50 is 45.53μm, D90 is 69.34μm)
