S390 high-speed steel powder

S390 alloy powder is a high-cobalt, high-vanadium, high-performance high-speed steel powder with fine and uniform carbides and no composition segregation. Its chemical composition includes high carbon, high tungsten-molybdenum, high vanadium, and high cobalt, providing ultra-high hardness, excellent red hardness, strong wear resistance, and good toughness. After quenching and tempering, the hardness can reach HRC 65-69, and it is not easily softened at high temperatures. Its comprehensive performance is far superior to traditional cast and forged high-speed steel. It is mainly used to manufacture high-end cutting tools for processing difficult-to-machine materials such as titanium alloys and superalloys, as well as precision cold work dies and high-load wear-resistant parts. It is a key material in the high-end tool manufacturing and precision mold fields.

High sphericity ≥90%: Plasma rotating electrode atomization technology, excellent sphericity, very few satellite particles, uniform and dense powder spreading

Hollow rate ≤0.1%: Plasma rotating electrode atomization technology, very few hollow powders, dense parts without pores

Excellent mechanical properties: Hardness can reach HRC 65-69 after quenching and tempering

Low oxygen and nitrogen content: Oxygen content <80ppm, nitrogen content <50ppm, reducing the oxygen content of formed parts

High toughness and high thermal stability: It has broad application prospects in fields such as high-end cutting tools, precision cold work dies, semiconductor packaging, and aerospace wear-resistant parts.
