Container Spare Parts

A container travels the world and normally works for about ten years. Damage over that life is inevitable — a door that no longer seals, a floor worn through by forklifts, a corroded panel, a missing CSC plate — so parts and accessories are needed continuously. Nor is it only about repair and construction: the same corner castings, panels, doors and floors go into container houses, workshops, storage units and other related industries.

Choosing parts comes down to four decisions. What you are replacing: door gear (lock parts, hinges, EPDM gaskets and complete doors), flooring, panels for the side, door and roof, structural steel, and compliance items such as the CSC plate. The exact specification: container parts are not one-size-fits-all. Corner castings are made to ISO 1161, floors in 28 mm plywood, and panel and door profiles differ from one manufacturer to the next — so send the container size and type, the part number, or a photo and a measurement. Quantity: a repair shop needs a few pieces, a builder needs a container load, and both are routine. Standard or OEM: stock parts for an immediate repair, or parts made to your drawing, colour and logo.

More than 300 parts are available across dry, reefer, tank and offshore containers, together with fittings for container houses, sourced through more than 50 partner factories, so a mixed order can leave on one shipment.

Parts are exported from Tianjin, next to Xingang Port, with small quantities despatched by express. Where a repair also involves a container, delivery, ONE WAY release, freight booking and customs clearance are handled on the same order.
