Reefer Container

A reefer container is an insulated, refrigerated container that carries temperature-sensitive cargo by sea, road and rail at a controlled set temperature. Our units are designed for the carriage of deep frozen, frozen and chilled cargo, excluding hung-chilled meat, holding a set point from -25C to +25C, with models pulling down to -30C. They are built to absorb severe thermal shock, with external temperatures ranging from -40C to +50C. One-piece polyurethane foaming, stainless steel lining and an aluminium roof lining keep pull-down fast and the temperature steady, while a Corten steel frame and MGSS panels finished by electrolytic polishing take the weather.

Choosing one comes down to four decisions. Cargo and set point: chilled, frozen around -18C, or deep frozen below that — each needs a different unit and airflow pattern. Size: 10ft, 20ft, 20ft High Cube, 40ft, 45ft and 53ft are all available. Refrigeration unit: Thermo King, Carrier or Daikin, selected against your temperature profile and power supply. With or without machinery: a complete reefer when you need the unit fitted, or an insulated body alone if you already run your own cooling system.

The range also covers special duties: blast freezer units for rapid pull-down, dual temperature models that hold two set points in one box for mixed loads, side-door versions for pallet handling, and DNV 2.7-1 offshore reefers for platform and vessel work.

Units arrive ready to use, with no installation or commissioning on site. We deliver at Dalian, Tianjin, Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Xiamen, Shenzhen and Guangzhou, with BV certification and CCS, LR or DNV-GL certification available. The refrigeration unit carries a global warranty, spare parts ship by express, and container delivery, ONE WAY release, freight booking and customs clearance are handled on one order.
